Pre-K & Kindergarten Applicants
Age requirements:
- Pre-K: Must be four years of age by August 31st.
- Kindergarten: Must be five years of age by August 31st.
Please Note:
- Applications should be completed online.
- A $122 non-refundable application fee is required.
- Kindergarten applicants must complete an on-site screening assessment prior to acceptance. (Not required for Pre-K)
- Teacher recommendations are required for all grades K-8.

Transfer Applicants
- Applications should be completed online.
- A $122 non-refundable application fee is required.
- Applicants for grades 1-8 must include a most recent report card and completed teacher recommendation form with their application.
- Applicant interviews are required and will only be completed after review of the student’s report card and teacher recommendation.
- Admission is based on a match of the student’s needs, abilities, and achievements with Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School expectations.
- Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), and First Communion Certificate (if applicable) need to be in as soon as possible to complete the student’s application file.
